Artemis Solutions Group, and while we may share the personal information you
have provided to us with other Artemis Solutions Group companies for the
purposes of fulfilling your order, we do not sell or otherwise provide your
information with third party entities unless previously specifically authorized

we require you to provide additional information
listed below including faxed copies of credit
card info or ID's to verify identity, here is
how we use this info:

Upon receipt and
verification of data the credit card number
(with the exception of the last 4 digits)
and ID number are blacked out on our copies
by the use of a felt tipped marker such that
the data is unreadable.

This data is stored in
our biometrically secured safe for 6 months
attached to a copy of the order.

After 6 months, any
individually identifiable information is
cross-cut shredded and recycled in our
secure facility.

Solutions Group is secure and convenient. Our ordering process is protected by
the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information and
confirms the identity of the Biometrics Direct server before allowing your
shopping cart to be checked out. Netscape Navigator 4.0+ (or better) and
Internet Explorer 4.0+ (or better) support the SSL protocol. We recommend that
you use the latest browsers to ensure that you are protected by advances in

every order is secure. Your computer and our server send data back and forth

information. We have made sure that your credit card information is stored
on our server for your convenience; it is not accessible to others via the
Internet.
What is a CVV, CVC, CID or Credit Card Security Code?
The Card Security Code (CSC), sometimes called Card
Verification Value or Code (CVV or CVC), is a security feature
for credit card transactions, giving increased protection against credit
card fraud.
There are actually two security codes.
- The first, called CVC1 or CVV1, is encoded on the magnetic stripe of
the card and used for in-person transactions.
- The second one, and the most cited, is CVV2 or CVC2. It is often
asked for by merchants so that they can secure "card not present"
transactions occurring over the Internet, by mail, fax or over the
phone.
This latter CSC should not be confused with the standard credit card
account number appearing in embossed digits. (The standard credit
card number undergoes a separate validation algorithm called the Luhn
algorithm which serves to determine whether or not a given credit card's
number is appropriate.)
The CVV2 is a 3 or 4 digit value printed on the card or signature strip,
but not available on the magnetic stripe. The number is generated when
the card is issued, by encrypting the card number and expiry date under a
key known only to the issuing bank. Supplying this code in a transaction is
intended to verify that the customer has the card in their physical
possession.
The Card Security Code is located on the back of MasterCard, Visa and
Discover credit or debit cards and is typically a separate group of 3 digits
to the right of the signature strip.
On American Express cards, the Card Security Code is a
printed (NOT embossed) group of four digits on the front towards the
right.
Ordering Policy - Fraud Abatement Guidelines
Internet Credit Card Fraud is rampant and is a
constant threat to our organization.
We
may at our discretion inquire with you for
additional or supporting documentation to
release your order. Failure to comply with
these valid requests will result in the
cancellation of your order without notification.
Fraudulent orders or attempted fraudulent orders
will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the
law. Artemis Solutions Group maintains a
close working relationship with Law Enforcement
Authorities in the US and abroad.
These policies are not to be waived under any
circumstances.
Artemis Solutions Group maintains an industry
leading fraud
abatement policy and as such your order is
subject to being cancelled WITHOUT
NOTIFICATION for ANY of the following
reasons -

Use of a free email (yahoo, gmail, hotmail,
freemail, or others) address as primary
method of communication. Only email
addresses from valid, traceable and
verifiable domains will be accepted.

IP Addresses are tracked during the order
process. If we can verify you are
spoofing or otherwise masking your IP
address to place the order it will be
cancelled immediately with no further
recourse.

Attempting to ship an order through a
freight forwarding company to a destination
outside the US without notification and
approval of ASG.

Ordering High Encryption Security products
for shipment to a freight forwarding company
-
Orders to be shipped to so called "Mail Drop
Sites" such as MBE, UPS Stores, Kinko's,
etc.

Listing of an invalid telephone number or
email address on your order or failing to
list a phone or email contact.

Failure to fill out completely the Order
Form during checkout

Request to ship a product or service to an
address other than the billing verified
address of your credit card company without
proper documentation as required by our
guidelines.

Refusal to comply with any of our fraud
abatement or international shipping
guidelines.
Ordering Policy - Domestic
Shipment
Effective May 01, 2006 our shipping rates for
Ground Shipment within the United States lower
48 are as follows: Orders over $100.00 qualify
for Free Ground Shipping. Shipping for all
orders under $100.00 will be calculated by
weight and destination.
As always, expedited shipping will continue to
be quoted on an individual basis, as will all
shipping to
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
Ordering Policy - International Shipment
Please
review our International Shipment Policy for orders being delivered outside of
the United States.

Orders shipped outside
the United States do not qualify for return authorization. Items held in customs
by receiving country will NOT be reimbursed. YOU are responsible for ALL
Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Documentation.
Due to Government
Regulations issued by the US State Department some of our products may not be
available for International delivery or for delivery to unauthorized

Binding on ALL iQBio Related Companies World-Wide
Why? - The anti-boycott provisions of the Export
Administration Regulations (EAR) apply to all "U.S. persons,"
defined to include individuals and companies located in the
United States and their foreign affiliates. These persons are
subject to the law when their activities relate to the sale,
purchase, or transfer of goods or services (including
information) within the United States or between the U.S. and a
foreign country. This covers U.S. exports and imports,
financing, forwarding and shipping, and certain other
transactions that may take place wholly offshore.
Generally, the TRA applies to all U.S. taxpayers (and their
related companies). The TRA's reporting requirements apply to
taxpayers' "operations" in, with, or related to boycotting
countries or their nationals. Its penalties apply to those
taxpayers with foreign tax credit, foreign subsidiary deferral,

instability, high incidence of fraud and other mitigating factors, Biometrics Direct as
a policy does not accept ANY orders from the following countries / regions:
Some hardware and software
may be restricted by the manufacturer or the US Government to domestic delivery.
If this is the case with an item on your order, we will contact you by email
detailing the limitations imposed on a particular product in our inventory and
offer you the opportunity to purchase a different product or cancel your order.
You may be required to affirm in writing the final destination of any product
sold for export purchased from Artemis Solutions Group.

Warranties
All warranties are those of the
original equipment manufacturers (OEM). Defective products beyond 30 days must
be replaced or repaired under the terms and conditions of the manufacturers
warranty. No refund or replacement will be issued beyond 30 days from
Biometrics Direct for these products. Customers must communicate directly with
the OEM to have their unit repaired or replaced. In instances where
Artemis Solutions Group or one of its subsidiary companies is the manufacturer (BioCert,
iQBio, and BioSâf products) we will immediately
repair or replace these products under the terms of
our
iQBio limited
warranty.
No
IQBio distributor, reseller, agent, or employee is authorized
to make any modification, extension, or addition
to this warranty.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THE
iQBio WARRANTY STATEMENT
AND TO THE
EXTENT PERMITTED BY WASHINGTON STATE LAW, IQBIO IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH
OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER
LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS
OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR
ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS
ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF
ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF
OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF
REPUTATION; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL
LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE
REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS
OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY
PROGRAM OR DATA STORED OR USED WITH IQBIO
PRODUCTS AND ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE
CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON THE PRODUCT.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO
DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS. IQBIO DISCLAIMS
ANY REPRESENTATION THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO
REPAIR ANY PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR MAKE A
PRODUCT EXCHANGE WITHOUT RISK TO OR LOSS OF
PERSONAL PROPERTY BEING SECURED BY THIS DEVICE.
Product Support -
iQBio and its affiliated
companies endeavor to provide the best quality service and
support for our products. Should the original purchaser
experience an issue with one of our products within the first
thirty days after purchase, iQBio will provide free technical
support assistance to remedy the issue. If you need
assistance after carefully reading the accompanying manual to
resolve the issue, please call our toll free technical support
hotline at 1-800-519-8800 and a support engineer will assist
you. If you experience a problem with your product beyond
the initial thirty day period, you have the following options
available for support:

Email support
for all of our products is offered during
the term of the warranty. Please email
support@iqbio.net with your issue and we
will endeavor to reply with a resolution to
the matter within 72 business hours.

Expedited
Support is available for a fee of $75 per
incident for user training, product reset,
and other non product defect related issues.
-
Product
manufacturers including iQBio offer support
pages on their websites, FAQ's, text chat
and other methods that will address many of
the issues that are not covered by reading
the instruction and installation manuals
with the accompanying product.
-
Expedited
Support (Telephone or Text Chat) beyond the
warranty period or for products not
purchased from iQBio or its affiliated
companies will be billed at a rate of $100
per hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour.
Return Policy - RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization)
The
following products are considered
"consumables". These items are highly

use the utmost care to ensure that you are
ordering the correct product and part number
for your ID Card Printer or the correct card
type for your Smart Card Project as the
above products WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AN RMA
for ANY reason. Our smart cards
conform to the ISO7816 or ISO14443
Specification and our Magnetic Stripe Cards
conform to the ISO7811 specification.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THE ABOVE PRODUCTS.
IF These products are damaged in transit, we
will file a claim with the carrier and
replace the product. No other
accommodation will be provided.
Non-defective Biometric and ID Card Printer products sold by
iQBio or its affiliated companies are sold
on a no-return basis once installed.
Verified Defective product must be returned to
iQBio for replacement or refund within 10 days of RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization). To request an RMA for a
qualified product, please email

Non-defective may be returned within 15 days of
purchase - Non Defective, qualified products with an RMA authorization are

original manufacturer are subject to the terms and conditions of
